How to play Grandma Recipe: Nigiri Sushi?

This game is divided into six levels. Grandma is on the phone to guide you through the process of making nigiri sushi.

Nigiri sushi is the type of sushi that consists of a ball of rice pressed into an oval shape, with raw fish, grilled eel, or another topping arranged on top. You’ll also be making some gunkan maki (boat-shaped sushi) with sea urchin on top.

First, you’ll need to find all the ingredients and utensils in the kitchen. Cut the seafood and scorch the eel with your blowtorch. Preparing and slicing all your ingredients before you start cooking is what chefs call ‘mise en place’.

Now you can start assembling and decorating the sushi plates with soy sauce, wasabi, mayonaise, salmon roe, ginger, and other toppings. Don’t forget to choose a cute outfit before your guests arrive!
